Madeleine Claire Beckey
We had our second baby girl this morning after a relatively easy labor and delivery. Meaning it was much shorter than Anna's, I don't think any labor can be described as easy:)! Madeleine Claire was born a perfect 7lbs 3ozs, 20.5 inches long. She looks a lot like her sister did except her little fingers and toes are longer, she is ready to play the piano already! So far she is great just relaxing, sleeping being a good baby; we have our fingers crossed she stays that way! The real test will be when we go home with her and how Anna will react! Anna didnt know what to think when she came and saw her this morning and really wasnt sure she liked Momma holding her so it might be rocky at first but I am sure she will love having a sister so close. They will be perfect playmates! Here are a few pics, some you might have seen already but we will update with newer pics as we get them and of course as time goes by.

Congratulations Ariel! She is beautiful! I am a little jealous-- I am so ready to be done with my pregnancy and I still have a few weeks to go. Glad to hear that everything went well and she is healthy. What a great gift for the new year! Take Care- Corinne
